GENIUS
To me, a genius is defined as someone who is capable to express nothing less than the Divine Itself BENEATH forms that carry this immaterial message to all of those people, who are open and, in awareness, are ready for it.

Thereby does a genius lead people to find NOT the timely limited, utmost relative and addictive form of joy caused by the temporary satisfaction of senses (basically put, that is so common in the arts - especially in music - today) but THE absolute joy within their innermost being. Yes, a certain "degree" of genius always expresses "more-than-just-what-is-there" in whatever form, but to me, expressing the Divine ITSELF is THE master-art even among geniuses, and of those, only great ones achieve remarkable results.

This real kind of joy normally remains dormant within all of us, until we are touched by this Divine Force that, if properly handled over some time, enables us in consciousness to enter the heavenly realm of THE one that is without second - again, even during this lifetime !

A genius is capable to initiate this process, simply by letting the audience perceive the Divine within the art of the piece or the performance ! It creates a transformation within the audience, within their core (that is Soul, the perceiver and thus realizer of THE "I am") even to the highest degree, if they pay full concentrated attention to the Divine, that is expressed.

There certainly do exist other unwritten forms, "definitions" of a genius nowadays in the heads of us all, but these definitions hold no truth in the face of the Divine and since these things are only rooted in the "still material" regions of God's creation, these so called "geniuses" are ALL bound to fail, not in regard to the outcome of their actions, the results achieved by their will and capability, but in the long run, seen in regard to the master-plan of creation itself.

MUSIC OF THE WORLD TODAY
The music of todays world is highly expressive and differentiated in regard to styles and sub-styles, strong, extremely catching in many ways, but most often because of its main focus on a very basal rhythm (just to think of rap or other catchy examples).

These modern but also many older pieces of music take us up to enormous emotional heights and down the lowest depths, they lead us to the very heart and baseline of rhythm, to great laughter, joy and utmost pain, they express nationalism, hope and so many more aspects of our life, not to speak of those aspects, that rather pull the triggers of our more animal side in regard to deriving our attention in awareness to lower and more physical drives like power and sex, in which nearly whole nations bathe in today, and most of the youth of nearly every country.

DUALITY is at the very core of the realm we are all living in down here, and in this duality nearly all of this "popular" music of todays time has its origin.

Being an average human being means in this world, to be conditioned nearly 100% of all our living, breathing and waking time to this concept and - while passing years and decades - getting even MORE AND MORE fixed to both sides of these scales and to all the other extremes on this planet.

Thereby, Soul is becoming more and more attached to this matter world, since even feelings, thoughts and attitudes are all part of this: MATTER! As fine as all of this might be, still it is and stays matter, since all of it has a form.

This fixation in awareness to materialism and worse, caused Soul to lose the memory of its origin and of its quality of Divinity completely, an effect that is always greatly supported by those forces, who simply do NOT wish, that we find a way out of this one day, so that we all stay under that control, NOT learning what the term FREEDOM really means to us as Soul.

(I do not want to accuse certain people or groups here, for they ALL are only puppets to something else, that is not worth to be mentioned here anyway)

PETER BRAUN'S MUSIC
Mr.Braun's music is in itself so much different, so much aloof from all this attaching main stream and commonly known stuff, that - after listening to nothing more than a very small spectrum of his music for quite some time so far (2CDs) - I can not go back to listen to all of the other songs anymore, with the same joy I once felt when I did so earlier.

Since I had that very deep realization described above, they nearly all have a real bad side-taste to me from now on, that I do perceive EVERY SINGLE TIME I hear them being played !

For the first time in my life I can really perceive, what nearly all of these songs did onto me in the past and in the present, onto the very core of mine (which is - as I stated before - simply Soul) and how unbelievably subtle this is - music, that is far spread over all listeners, who unwillingly enjoy their increasing degree of captivity and bondage ! Song by song ! The organists, singers, writers, musicians, artists, certainly had their best in mind in writing and composing their works, and you may believe me, I have heard quite a lot of music until now, of quite a big spectrum already in my life, that was not so short until today ! THIS realization I had due to listening to Mr. Braun's music, was really eye-opening to me !

Mr.Braun's credo "on the box" so to say, IS truly what is "IN the box", something you are about to discover, IF - but only if - you should decide to give his music a definite try - over a longer period of time as I have found out, because it takes quite some time to initiate a certain change in consciousness, that is needed first to discover what is inherent in it for yourselves, if you are truly willing to check it out.

MY OWN EXPERIENCES & INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INTERESTED SEEKER
Unfortunately, I am not a native speaker of this language, so I have quite some big difficulties, to get things across precisely enough, but I will try my best here; if I may help the willing seeker in regard to this music at this point, please go on to read what was helpful to me. If you should not succeed within days, please take into consideration, that greater things normally take much more time, since a process like a deep inner de- or reconstruction takes place and a transformation can only happen to the extent the listener is capable to allow ! It took me weeks to get to that point AND I was really motivated !

If one perceives regular pieces of music, one will often find them to be like a story, very much like the term "serial" in regard to how the attention of the listener is led by the artist. It is often like a journey we take, with a changing surrounding, different places to see, some repetitions here and there and so on.

MR.BRAUN'S MUSIC IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT IN THIS REGARD.
It took me much time to unravel this incredible "puzzle box of sound", but now that I finally opened and un-riddled it (in a first attempt to some degree at least), a treasure beyond everything I knew is what I found !

His music can not be listened to, let us say "successfully" WITHOUT changing one's usual ways to listen to music first ! No, a more spiritual consciousness is needed !

Otherwise people may find his songs to be difficult, disturbing, or they find even other words for it, but this is due to their attempts to fit THIS music into THEIR own usual frame of mind (very literally), conditioned by many factors over a whole lifetime, or even lifetimes.

When I was listening to his works, I felt overburdened in the end, by it's wild creativity, it's kind of indecisive, building up and vanishing forms that change so often, that I finally had to give it all up, dropping all my former systems, schemes and ways of thinking on music and - still motivated to get it unraveled - finally ended up resting with my whole concentration onto nothing else anymore but onto my beingness as Soul, which is the true identity of all living beings (easily put) within.

THEN SOMETHING ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING HAPPENED:
From THAT moment on, this music was NOT catching in regard to my ego (the manipulation of emotions or thoughts, music is taking us through did not take place), but it was touching ME (!), Soul, massaging my very innermost self with utmost positivism, tickling Soul with never before known joy and bringing me to a laughter, that had its origin not in emotion or matters of the mind, but for the first time of my life, it just came from within, from the very core of my own being. It felt so incredibly good !

Resting in that awareness for some time by concentrated effort, I felt relieved from ALL the bonds that are thrown upon us for the first time in my life and I felt so much freedom, upliftment, joy, excitement, a complete and formerly unknown effect was strengthening me within (due to the usage of the harmonic scale, as far as I have realized) that, for the first time, I got an idea of myself, close enough to say, that I could really be a tiny but Divine spark of God Itself !

Following the composer to the very source of his masterpieces just by listening to his art WITHOUT my former framework of mind, of what great music is or what a great song is made of or whatsoever, not expecting anymore that my usual "desires" on music get satisfied, I found its source to be at the very sacred core of Love of music. To me it expresses "Divine Love, directly taken from ITS source to us" more than anything else.

It became obvious to me, that he is capable to rise up to the very heights within, reaching THE heavenly music ITSELF and bringing down to us, the listener with an open heart, the QUALITY he witnesses at this very special source of creation.

It is incredible to me, WHAT he is capable to share and to express, whenever I listen to his music consciously! To me, it's like a gift of God Itself, brought down to me by a messenger, reminding me of what and how it was to be pure Soul, to be truly free and ... well, it is so hard to describe the rest in words from here on! You will have to try for yourself !

Like I was on a Souls journey he took me upward to this source, to see and enjoy all of this beauty that is to be found there, still untainted by modern mind-frames and systems, merely by letting me listen to it.

The "monade of Love of music" is a term, some may find useful in also trying to follow the artist to his source of inspiration. Please don't give up looking for it, for it simply IS there, waiting for you, and it is definitely worth it !

It is Divinity of music within its very heart, still very much unformed, very much undecided, very much "unspoiled" and still very "young" in itself, as far as I can describe it. Strongly breaking it's way forth, like an unfolding semen of Life Itself and it is even capable of healing THE very deepest wound in regard to our life, its innermost question:

"Who am I and what do I do down here on earth ?"

Its all about the transformation you are about to find in listening to this music THE RIGHT WAY, the only music I have found so far, that is truly capable to serve that purpose, not by impressing our minds and hearts in the usual "power-and-glory"-way, but in offering an ideal, that we can learn to relate to, that we can find within.

I can really recommend to put yourself into this although honest effort is needed ! Listen to this music with an open heart, concentrate upon yourself within, with NO former structure about music in your mind, be persistent if you do not succeed at first, for in the end as I already said - its simply worth it, I recommend it wholeheartedly !

SURE not to all of you, but very much to those people, who wish to learn more about their true identity as Soul and its innate Divinity and besides ...
I can not even say, that I already found out ALL about his music yet, so stay open and tuned, maybe YOU are about to discover even MORE in listening to it !

Somehow I even feel, that there IS much much more in it (and to it), maybe because it is said that: "Love alone opens up the gates to the Divine, the Heavens", very much like something, one has to trespass for oneself to find out !

TO ME, AN INCREDIBLE TOOL FOR TRANSFORMATION !
So my conclusion of listening to nothing more than a few pieces of Mr.Braun's music for now is, that it is an incredible and incomparable, highly effective and thus very very precious tool for not only just "a" personal change, but for THE personal change, for TRUE self-realization of Soul AND transformation of consciousness.

Even after some time went by now, it is still NOT possible for me to evaluate the worth of these masterpieces, nor to appreciate THIS gift to Soul the composer is rendering the audience to the fullest degree possible, but for the first time in my life, I would like to express my most humble and heartfelt gratitude to God and very much to Peter Michael Braun, since he seems to be the only composer - at least known to me, capable to accomplish such a great task !

If being asked about God or the Divine, many people will have many good words and answers for you, but here really is a concrete path you only have to put your feet upon to experience the Divine quality within for yourself ! Step by step you can go your own pace, limited only by your own consciousness in regard to the outcome.

I highly appreciate the never ending drive of Mr.Braun's Divinely oriented creativity, but that is just like it is with a real genius:

They never EVER get tired in dealing with the TRULY Divine - and it is absolutely for our most inner sake and upliftment of Soul !

I recommend to health practitioners known to me to study this music seriously (the use of the harmonic scale alone does have a real impact upon the human being !) for it's strengthening effect onto psyche and Soul, I will certainly go on, to do so !

I would like to express the very best wishes to Peter Michael Braun, all the best to him and may we will have many more years with many more of his masterpieces; I just hope this comment is a bit of a help to other seekers on the path, to find a start in doing their own experiences in regard to the mentioned above.

This would be MY greatest reward in regard to this truly spiritual music.
